Onboarding

We have two options for our onboarding program. We have a beginners onboarding and an experienced onboarding. Both are done in a 1-on-1 setting where it is just you and one of our professional coaches.

Beginners Onboarding: What to Expect

In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.

Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!

This includes:

Experienced Onboarding: What to Expect

We want to understand your past CrossFit experience and ensure our coaches here are ready to give you the best experience possible in our classes. We will do a movement assessment and answer any questions you may have about our gym and community.
